The first chapter of Jade’s professional journey resided in digital communication agencies. Her hands-on approach and can-do attitude were shaped by her early years in a startup environment. She then spent over a decade at The Reference, bringing these qualities to a more structured setting. There, she led project managers, sales teams, and multidisciplinary development teams, playing her part in their personal development. Jade combines strong analytical skills with a clear sense of human values.
